I’m Kaits! I’m just a gal learning all about life and trying to figure out how the heck to navigate it, just like everyone else. I am a college student working on my second degree. I currently have a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication.

So why Maits? When coming up with my blog name, so many ideas bounced around my head. I knew I wanted to use my nickname, Kaits, when writing and I wanted everyone to feel like they had a friend, someone who could understand, make them feel less alone, or just to give them a laugh. So the term “mates” care to mind and boom, there it was. I instantly knew that that was the blog name, it was perfect.

I wanted to find a way to share some tips and tricks I have had a chance to learn along the way, and have a place to express myself. I have created this blog to focus on finding joyous moments in all things. It is so easy to get caught up in life to miss those moments! So join me at the table, there is a seat waiting for you.
